You know what it is. After 3 months of extensive re-modeling Vulcan's weights room is offically re-opened. Vulcan Strength, featuring an all new interior containing 10 BRAND NEW state of the art weight machines for the serious weight trainer. 

 

3 Weight Lifting Cages and Platforms, Lat Pulldown, Leg Extention, Pec Deck, 2 Isometric Shoulder Presses, 2 Cable Crossover Machines, Seated Leg Press, Belt Squat, Bench with Adjustable Safety catches and more, plus all the free weights and dumbells anyone could wish for. 

 

We a very proud of the of the planning and effort that has gone into delivering what we believe to be one of the best contemporary weight training facilities in Hull. 

Vulcan Weights Gym is now closed as the first part of our extention gets underway. Building works will also see the Weights Gym undergoing major improvements. We are sorry for any inconvinvce caused but we think the end result will be it worth the wait. Baring any delays the gym will reopen in July. In the meantime all other facilities will be open.

You know what the deal is. A gathering of boxers invited by Vulcan Boxing Club, to clubs from all over the country to converge at the North Hull Community centre for a night of amature boxing. 12 or more bouts to be contested. Please come along and support your local club.

Connors job is to give young people the confidance and skills to produce beats, create lyrics, use a wide range of equipment such as mixers, samplers and DJ decks while allowing you to express your individuality and explore diffrent styles and most importantly having FUN. 

 

Keith and Tyler will also be in the Multi Media showing the half term crowd how to design and make and print T- Shirts. 

 

And of course there is a wide range of Photography and Video/Vlog equipment to use for free at anytime over the half term. Come see what we got. Because its alot!
